A member asked:

I often can't sleep until very early hours in the morning, ranging from 4-7 am and waking up at 11 am is this unhealthy and is there any ways to stop.

Yes: As long as you are getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night you are ok. Some people need less. Waking up late and not getting enough sleep can affect your daily activities and can also affect your mood. You need to adjust your sleep wake cycles. Set a time you want to wake up every morning, and get up at that time regardless of what time you sleep. Dont take naps during the day.
