I'm traveling and my 2 year old has a fever, won't eat and has been in and out of sleep since early hours of this morning. i've been trying to book an appointment at our destination and all doctors are closed today. what can i do in the meantime?

Focus on fluids: As long as he can take in enough fluids to pee every 6 hrs you may be able to monitor this longer. Ibuprofen may assist with the fever. If his condition really spooks you find an urgent care facility.
