Confirm diagnosis: If alzheimer's, could be experiencing agitation, and perhaps akathisia reaction from medications. But the shaking, and some of the additional issues raise questions of a diffuse lewy body dementia. Also, a stroke may have provide added decompensation. Meds are best decided once confirmation achieved.
