Eat fewer: Calories and exercise more and if you burn up 3500 calories you don't take in you will lose one pound of weight. You can't specify where it will come from however. You can exercise your abdominal muscles to firm them up. There are no specific diets or foods that make belly fat go away, just general weight loss.
