Eczema?: Itchy bumps in winter on trunk and extremities is often eczema. Topical cortisone creams--otc or prescription can help. Heavy moisturizing with creams, not lotions will also help and will likely prevent a recurrence. Avoid too much soap and hot, hot baths.
