High fat foods!: All weight loss comes from eating fewer calories than our body needs to do its everyday duties. Where you lose it from is decided by your body. Inside the belly is usually first. If you are a woman, however, your fat below your belly button i like to call 'the ovary protector' which is very resistant to all but the most extreme (unhealthy) weight loss. No pills help; eat less, exercise more!

Diet and exercise: Truly count calories, everything you put in your mouth, and cut that back to healthy normal amounts. Some advocate cutting out white bread and limiting carbs, and remember that alcohol has calories. Healthy amounts of exercise. You cannot otherwise target belly fat (without surgery).
