How do you know if your relationship is causing you stress?

Relationships: Relationships usually cause stress when you have un-resolved conflict or often when one partner tries to communicate but the other withdraws or is combative and defensive. Ask yourself if your relationship is comfortable, conversation flows easily, you are best friends or you are at odds with each other. If you can't resolve difficulties consult a couple's therapist.Best wishes.
