Yes: Stress has a detrimental effect on all most body functions, but most stress in intermittent; meaning, it comes and goes, is more or less intense, etc. Sleep is one of the best remedies for stress. Also add meditation, yoga, nature sound music--all aid the body to naturally beat stress faster. Consider a coach or therapist to deal with why you stay in a chronic, high stress position.
