Is there a relationship between body pains and weakness and high stress levels?

Stress: Yes, high stress certainly contributes to body pains and weakness. During stress muscles are in a state of tension. Muscles get fatigue from this state and begin to ache. They also become fatigued resulting in the weakness.

That can occur: I will give you a quick example. A person feels stressed. The individual tenses the muscles in their upper back or neck as a result. The person goes on to develop neck pain and possibly tension headaches. There are many ways that stress can contribute to or cause bodily pain. Chronic stress can lead to fatigue. If you are the stressed person please look into ways to relive stress. Take care.
