Find a life coach: There is no way you can sort this out on line. You need to find an unrelated life coach/therapist who can help you learn the skill set needed to sort through your issues. With effort, you can find ways to gain perspective on your stressors & how to manage them.

Stress: You need someone to help you process what is going on and your reaction. This can include a trusted friend, family member, or prudent spiritual leader. Professional help w/stress management can be offered by a clinical psychologist. Peace and good health.

Sleep deprivation : Sleep deprivation leading to stress and agitation. You might do well to examine your sleep habits and ensure that you maintain good sleep hygiene. No vigorous exercise few hours before going to sleep and also ensure that your matress and sleeping arrangement okay.Go to bed when sleepy. Check for possible sleep disturbances and you might benefit from seeing a psychologist,counselor or pastor.
