Job Stress: It depends. Some people use their work as an avoidance of relationships. It almost becomes the excuse for why other important areas of ones life are not attended to. For others, job stress produces worrisome thoughts and fears about job loss, financial concerns, or being valued that it feels impossible to focus on other parts of ones life. Psychotherapy may help gain insight into this.
