Opinions, opinions: I don't think it will matter too much - so a big part of your answer will be which you like better. Also different brands can differ. But, i've heard from nutritionist friends that the range from whole to fat free is much smaller than the public thinks. If you have gall bladder problems or a specific reason to avoid fat, think non-dairy! otherwise, read labels & buy what you like.
