Probably not: No one really has an answer on the cause for fibromyalgia yet. It is true however that many people with impaired immune function would experience fatigue.

IGG : Igg are sensitivities for foods or substances and cause significant gut inflammation. These then lead to impermeable or leaky gut. This inflammation can lead to joint and muscle pain. The fatigue is usually caused by the poor absorption of the cofactors needed in the body to produce energy.
