VCA IgM and EBV + PCR are proof of reactivated EBV, not the VCG IgG titer by my knowledge. By UPTODATE, regarding chronic fatigue syndrome and EBV infection: "most studies have found higher levels of certain antibodies to EBV antigens in patients with CFS compared with matched healthy control subjects.
