IgG3 subclass def: Igg has four types. Igg3 is involved in fighting against carbohydrate covered infectious organisms. Igg1 is the most numerous and igg3 is of much less quantity. If you have normal antibody titers to vaccines, then you are likely safe. I would simply monitor all of your immunoglobulin levels yearly.
