I tested high on antibodies for ebv nuclear antigen (ebna) antibody (igg). and tested low (negative) on ebv viral. i am chronically fatigued. meaning?

EBV: It's never good to just focus on labs test alone, discuss these results and fatigue with your doctor. These results are consistent with not having active EBV now, but as is very common, you had it in the past and your body has ready-made antibodies to fight it if it comes back. Fatigue can be associated with many things and sometimes no lab test ever demonstrates the reason for it.
