Not deficiency: This is a nice robust number even for total IgG suggesting a vigorous immune response. This could be post infection, post exposure, post immunization.

See answer: Varicella zoster IgG level raised suggests a past infection with chicken pox or shingles. Raised IgM levels wld suggest a very recent or present infection. Either way it wld not suggest a general immune deficiency!

Past exposure: The presence of IgG indicates past exposure to the virus usually implying relative immunity. If IgM is also present, this indicates a transition from active infection to immune status. IgM alone indicates current order very recent infection
