HDL: Hdl is not often helped with cholesterol drugs. There is some disagreement about this with crestor (rosuvastatin). But, HDL is very much affected by lifestyle. Moderate cardiovascular exercise of at least twenty minutes per day combined with a high protein and low carb diet can significantly elevate the hdl.
