Cbc completed on 1/8. mildly elevated alt of 52 (range of 9-46). bilirubin of 1.4 (range 0.2-1.2). cholesterol is 229, ldl 152 and non hdl of 178. does lfts seem to correlate to diet related? diet has been poor the last 6-8 months?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it is possible that all of your lab abnormalities are diet related. If you are overweight, losing weigh is imperative, easier said than done. Wish you good health!
