Don't just add: The chemical principles used for these assays admit of several percent error which is fine, since we're looking at the big picture. Total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, and HDL cholesterol are all determined in different ways. This is a common point of confusion.

I am 38 years old male. my WBC is 11700 while the normal is 4000-10000. and my RDW is 11.3 while the norma is 11.5-14.5. Cholesterol total is 260 mg/dl. my LDL is 190 instead of normal which should be 65-130. HDL is 4.52 and Triglycerides is 174. ?
