My 15 Y son says he feels varicocele in his left testical and when he has to poop or randomly he feels pain in his testies he also says after masterbaiting or sometimes randomly he has red glans on his penis and he has lower back pain no hernia bumps?
My son feels pain when he has to poop or strains or just randomly in his testies I checked for a hernia and there was no pumps so I am thinking it is prostatitis or he says he has a varicocele in his left testies but they're the same size wcib?

If left, right testes are not equal in size and hanging.(left being big).Some says normal.Other says hernia or varicocele.How it related to lump&pain .
Ultrasound report says testes are normal in size & shape even though i can tell my left one shrunk considerably due to left varicocele. Should i worry?
