Some ideas: 1) deal with the cause: talk to the person you have trouble with, don't avoid necessary actions to correct 2)learn to pace yourself: it is not possible to be acting at 100% all the time 3) get away: take a break, go somewhere fun with a loved one, friend, refresh 4) deal with anger in a healthy way: walk away if you are going to lash out, talk to a therapist 5) eat well, get good sleep.
