Depends: Stress is energy. That energy can become headaches, chest pain, abdominal pain, and many many other physical issues. There was a lady who ruptured a brain aneurysm the day her mom died. It's unlikely to kill you quickly, but can cause many problems. I suggest you seek help in treating your stress.

Ultimately, yes.: Stress takes a huge toll on our bodies and our minds. Though you may not drop dead of a heart attack or stroke in the next year, the effects are cumulative and will subtract years from your life.
