Stress: We all have stress. One of the important life skills is to learn and practice ways of dealing with it. The most effective methods are: relaxation exercises (just tighten, then release all your muscles one at a time starting with your head all the way to your toes); meditation, yoga, or just sitting in silence for 10-20 minutes a day. The point is to practice one of these regularly, every day.
