Avoidant Personality: WSure, anxiety is a reason you wish to avoid things and if it spreads to many parts of life it becomes your personality or style. Try to limit it and hopefully reverse it. It's not easy, bu w/ a therapist you trust - like a coach - it is possible and sooooo worth it! Best!
