Meat and veggies!: Avoid milk-lactose or milk sugar. Non-processed cheese is great! most meats, fish, poultry are excellent. Vegetables, except carrots and peas are all fine. Avoid potatoes, all grain flours, and sugar. Berries of all kinds are ok. Some fruits in moderation, others need to be avoided in toto!
