What you like: Different people enjoy different types of exercise. I hate ball sports but could spend the whole day swimming freestyle. You choose what's right for you, because you'll do it harder and longer. No food burns fat (that's a silly myth), but foods that don't leave a grease spot on a towel usually have the fewest calories; diet till you're comfortably hungry most of the time. Good luck.
