Diet and exercise: Only treatment that works is diet and exercise. Eat less then you burn off. 3500 calories to the pound. Will reduce your risk of diabetes, high bp, heart disease, cholesterol, infertility, etc. Two months isn't long enough to lose much without liposuction, don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet and avoid dangerous supplements that won't help you.

Less Tiring? Say : What? Spot fat loss does not occur naturally. By losing weight in general a certain amt will likelybe abdominal fat. However, we don't get to chose what area of the body the fat is lost from. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. To tighten ab's do crunches, reverse crunches, exercise ball crunches, pelvic thrusts, lying leg raises, side bridge ; >.
