Abs do 3 sets of 15: -laying on back doing leg raises.
-standing hold on w/ left hand, raise r leg out laterally, repeat w other side.
-in a push up position arms outstretched, legs straight out behind and feet in a trx sling, pull knees up to your stomach.
-lay on back, place beach ball between feet that r on ground. Bring the beach ball, being held between feet up to your hands as you do a v bend lifting upper body.
