Strengthen immunity: Best to get enough sleep, eat proper foods, but always a chance you will contract the virus.

Live life: Most people have mono as kids when it is often indistinguishable from other viruses. It is also not very involved but confers lifetime immunity.Once exposed as an adult, it may be 3-6 weeks before you develop symptoms, if you are susceptible. There is no drug/supplement to take to ward it off. Just live life.Eat well, get proper rest and exercise and see what happens.
