The size and location of the nodes you mention are normal. The only way to totally exclude cancer in any node is to remove it for study by a pathologist. Given the normal size & location it would not be considered reasonable to remove & study these. If concerned, see & discuss the findings with your doc.

You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
