I just stopped taking 50 mg prednisone (five days) to treat mono, but now i have red spots on the inside of my hands, red bumpy and hot to the touch skin on my cheeks, what do i do to get rid of these?

A picture is worth more, however you may want to follow up with your clinician to make sure there is nothing to do. It may just be the evolution of the mononucleosis showing up on the skin. You know the prednisone is to tame the inflammation however it may also reduce your body response in clearing the virus.
