Tonsils pearls ...? : Tonsils are like a “ filter” , there are like a craters irregularities called “ crypts “. Food we eat , bacteria ... creates white spots imbedded in these crypts . It’s common and no sign of illness or infection. Gargle with salt , maintain good oral hygiene . If fever , sore throat.. than see your doctor.
