Yes and no!: There are many ways to whiten your teeth. Just look on the internet. Whitening is actually cleaning the enamel or outside layer of your teeth. But be careful! the layer underneath is dentin and that can be very sensitive. Too much whitening can damage this layer, cause extreme discomfort and and actually damage the nerve inside your teeth.

Stay away from foods with color additives, like coffee, black tea etc. Some say strawberries may be good for whitening, but many fruits have acids that may actually hurt your enamel so best is professional whitening.
