Can you eat fruits and vegetables when on ketosis?

Sometimes: Some of the less sweat fruits can be okay in small quantities, in particular the berries such as blackberries, raspberries, and organic blueberries. However, most fruits are too high in sugar and will take you out of ketosis. Vegetables, in particular corn and potatoes, must be avoided but most vegetables are ok.
