Diet: You need protein and fats in your diet. Tofu and yogurt are excellent sources of protein if you are vegetarian or vegan. Avocados, ie guacamole is a great source of fats. It also would be a good idea to do a multi-vitamin. Extra Vitamin D would also help. Good luck
