Good hygiene: Brush the area gently and floss twice a day. Sounds like the area is inflamed, you may have caught something between your teeth or you may have calculus caught. You dentist will be able to tell.

Home Remedy: Try brushing with baking soda (not baking soda toothpaste, yellow box baking soda) mix it with some water to get it the consistency of sour cream brush it into the inflamed (bleeding) areas 2 times a day. That canl help with the infection until your dentist returns to town and is able to see you.
