Cavity : You have a cavity. Tis is caused by not brushing well on this area, eating or drinking sugary and acidic foods. Sometimes grinding can cause this. No matter what the cause , you need to see a dentist to get this treated or it will get bigger and possible more painful. Do not wait.

Hole: You have a cavity, probably caused by not effectively cleaning that spot. Hard place to clean as vertical portion of lower jaw bone partially blocks access. Please see your Dentist ASAP for examination, restoration, professional cleaning, evaluation of your Oral Hygiene effectiveness.

Hole: If it's a hole in the tooth, then either a cavity or a lost filling. If it's a hole in the bum itself it could be a draining infection. See your dentist asap for diagnosis and treatment before you have even a bigger problem. Th absence of pain is no excuse to wait. This could flare up at any time.
