Roots of a top tooth left in my top side gum and has caused infection after infection@ pain side of palate. how wil they b removed ?

Oral surgeon: Please consult an oral surgeon to see if these roots can be removed. The removal of some roots on the top jaw can lead to sinus troubles and more complicated infections known as oroantral fistulas.

Oral surgeon: Would recommend seeing an oral surgeon asap. Unless the root tips are removed, the infection will continue to thrive and can spread.
