Possibly: How is your vision and or pain? What was the brombay being used for? The brombay should have some affect with in 48 hours. I would continue the brombay, but is you do not feel any better by tomorrow, i would call to be re-evaluated before the week end.

For eye inflammation do you use the generic bromfenac eye drop or the brand name bromday. Prices are closer. Is there safety issue with generic. ?
If there is inflammation inside eye and doctor directly performs dilated exam with indirect opthalmoscope. Will the inflammation be picked up in that case? or its important to conduct slit lamp exam first for "cell and flare effect" to diagnose it?
Are optometrists trained to detect eye cancers by checking a dilated eye? My regular eye exams are carried out by optometrists per my insurance reqs.
My optometrist told me that if the Lotemax (loteprednol) did not work for the inflammation then Restasis won't work for the severe dry eyes. Is this true I hve dout?
