None: Benzathine penicillin is an injected material which provides low dose levels of pcn for a longer time than single doses orally. Chronic pharyngitis is seldom due to bacteria, and if it is, penicillin, particularly benzathine is not likely to help. You need to see a doctor and be evaluated. None of this makes sense.
