Testes: Ultrasound of the testes. With bumps i only worry about seminomas, not stds. Also can be a simple case of inflammation, the take ibuproprofen. The burning may be UTI or prostatic. Only urine culture will tell. Also you can get a gc/chlamydia pee test to rule that out.
