Chest pain : Unlikely a maximal stress test has an accuracy of over 90% .... At your age doesn't sound like you are the other 20%.

A month ago had stabbing left side chest pain thought to be indigestion. Resolved in 30 mins. Still have lingering dull cramp at left ribs. GI testing all normal. In cardiac work up next week w/ stress test. What could cause this persistent feeling?
