Need more info: It is common for a breast ultrasound to demonstrate breast masses...But not within the breast implants. I suspect the report translation has somehow been confused. If i were you, i would not worry for these reasons: your age, there are multiple masses, they are in both breasts, and their appearance. All of these factors suggest benign causes. I would however clarify the report with your doctor.

Mri: Most likely this is benign, but i would comfirm with mri. Be sure you see a breast surgeon as well and ask their opinion.

Breast vs implant?: If you have 3 hypo-echogenic areas in a silicone implant, it could be indicative of loss of i plant integrity which is best evaluated with an MRI or implant exploration. If you are referring to your breast tissue, i would discuss these findings with a breast surgeon and the need for aspiration.
