Ectopic atrial rhyth: You might have a ectopic atrial rhythm - which means your arial beats instead of originating in the sa node - originates else where. It is benign and nothing to worry about. Get a standard 12 lead ekg to check.

Agree: Machine only doing what it was programmed to do.
A good 20% of people have borderline or abnormal ekg. Many related to variation in lead placement and may have no physiologic correlate.
Ekg could and probably should say: no significant dysrhythmia, ectopy or morphologic change suggestive of underlying heart disease or ongoing ischemia. Please corellate clinically and review with prior ekg.

Not typically: An EKG is not typically a part of an annual physical exam for someone in their 30's unless they have a specific complaint about their heart.
