If your mother had old EKGs that showed RBBB years ago, it's less concerning. Recent onset would be most likely indicative of cardiac pathology from hypertension or coronary disease. The prolonged QT interval is dangerous & predisposes her to dangerous arrhythmias & serious interactions with many medications & electrolyte imbalance. She should be evaluated by a cardiology electrophysiologist
