Not uncommon: If early postoperative fever is usually from lungs and resolves with cough and antibiotics. If later, concerns re wounds and urinary tract. See the surgeon and team if recurs.

Post CABG: Fever after heart surgery is not always infection. Inflammation related to use of the heart lung machine (if used) and healing can cause this. If fever has resolved, breathing is good without coughing up green phlegm, and incisions are not red, hot, swollen or draining, likely things are ok.
