Nsvt: I am assuming the SCD i sickle cell.Early repolarization is a common finding in young, healthy individuals. It appears as mild ST segment elevation that can be diffuse; however, it is more prominent in the precordial leads.It is usually benign but you have Non sustained V Tach also.ERS should not cause this.I would see cardiology to get fully evaluated with the NSVT.
