Have only one lounge 70% oksygen capasity would it help if the blood get more oksygen and if yes how (no oksygen tank) any advice?

Oxygen: I understand that you only lung has 70% oxygen capacity, but what we really need to know is the degree of your blood oxygenation or commonly known as pulse oxymetry reading (puls ox). Sometimes people with a single lung have enough blood oxygen saturation to get by. If your saturation is below 88% in case of chronic lung disease, you will need supplemental oxygen.
