Trauma to urethra: If this was a straddle injury, there is likely trauma to the urethrea or possibly the bladder. As long as you can continue to urinate without pain, it should be self-limited. If your urine stream becomes slow or is otherwise abnormal, you should see a urologist to determine the extent of injury.
